Optional website measurement
Measurement is optional and is based on your consent. It runs only after you choose Allow measurement. Until then, this website does not send these measurement events. You can choose Decline without affecting your use of the website, or change your choice at any time using “Manage analytics preferences” in the footer.
If allowed, the site counts page views and activations of internal calls to action, proposal links, email links, address-copy controls and the WhatsApp link. The measurement request body contains only a fixed page path and event category. The application statistics store groups counts by page path, event category and UTC calendar day; it does not keep individual event records. The event body does not send a name, email address, message text, recipient, full URL, query string or fragment. The browser also makes an ordinary network request to the site; the service providers may process request information as described below. A page view is not a count of unique people: repeat visits or automated traffic can affect totals. A contact-link or copy activation does not show that a message was sent or received, or that an enquiry, lead, mandate or sale resulted.
Your choice is remembered in a first-party cookie named minex_analytics_choice, containing only “allow” or “decline”. It is scoped to this site, marked Secure on HTTPS and SameSite=Lax, and expires after 180 days. The cookie remembers your choice; it is not used as an analytics identifier. Choosing Decline after Allow stops future measurement events but does not remove aggregate counts already recorded.
Aggregate counts are kept in the report for a rolling 90-day window. Older counts are cleared the next time a new measurement event is accepted or MinEx reads the owner report. There is no timed automatic cleanup, so older counts may remain until one of those actions occurs.
Contacting MinEx
The Contact page provides email links, address-copy controls and a WhatsApp link. There is no enquiry form on this site. Activating a link opens the email or messaging service you choose; the site does not receive the message text through that action. If you send a business enquiry, MinEx uses the details you choose to provide to consider and respond to it, assess whether the requested work is suitable, and keep records relevant to the business discussion. MinEx relies on its legitimate interests in responding to voluntary business enquiries and conducting related business discussions. Only information relevant to that purpose is needed. MinEx may retain correspondence while it is relevant to responding to the enquiry or an ongoing discussion, and where needed for records about agreed work or necessary business or legal matters. The period depends on the enquiry and any resulting work; no single fixed period applies to every enquiry. Your chosen email or messaging provider may also process the information under its own terms and privacy notice. Please send only a short, non-confidential summary and do not send confidential or sensitive files before appropriate arrangements are agreed.
Website hosting and service-provider information
This website is delivered using ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare. These services may process technical request and security information to make the website available and help protect it. This provider processing is separate from the optional application measurement described above. For information about these providers’ own data practices, see the OpenAI privacy policy for people in the UK, EEA and Switzerland and Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
