Companies and individuals registering with MinEx must abide to these policies & values

1) Safety. Total Loss Control, (inclusive of Injury, Health, Damage, Waste and Environment) is our core value.

2) Respect and Politeness.  We treat all individuals we come into contact with in performing our work with respect, irrespective of their status, creed, race, religion, or culture.

2) Client Confidentiality.  Personal client and associate information is never divulged to any third party without explicit written consent.

3) No frills.  Services and advice directly from MinEx are FREE.  We do NOT waste time or money on unnecessary tasks or expenses.  Associates may charge pre-agreed rates for their services through MinEx, but never expose clients to 'hidden costs'.

5) Promises.  None are made unless we can and will keep them.

6) Truth.  After fishermen, miners are probably the best exaggerators on the planet.  MinEx Associates do NOT comply with this, we tell the truth as we see it, no messing around or half stories.  Our worst nightmare is a client's or Associate's failure.  If we assess a project unlikely to be viable, we will not beat around the bush on the matter.

7) Circumvention.  All dealings started by MinEx must be done through (or with the permission of) MinEx.  In return, MinEx and its associates agree not to circumvent clients or each other.

8) Legality.  Do not ask MinEx Associates to bypass a law of any country.  We will not flout the mining, safety or any other laws of any country.  We are obliged to clearly inform any client doing so. Do not be offended by such action, it is for everyone's protection.
